The Developer

Al Morshedy Premier Developments (AMP), is one of Egypts leading privately owned real estate developers. We aim to deliver unique real estate developments that cater to individual homeowners and businesses alike. Our main goal is to deliver real-estate solutions that provide convenience and luxury to our clients. We have five projects in prime locations across the city. Each of these signature mixed-use developments has its personal unique style and design. Van Carter Studio

Van Carter Studio is an Amsterdam Design Studio that specializes in creating exceptional spaces for the Commercial market. Principals, Robbyn Carter and Doug Van Der Pas, are the vision, talent and names behind Van Carter Studio. Together, they have worked on a multitude of residential, hotel and commercial projects with developers throughout Asia, Europe, Africa, Russia, North America and the Middle East. Van Carter Studio has been a concept creator of projects for Marcel Wanders and Philippe Starcks YOO in Hong Kong, Spain, Egypt, USA and Germany. Through close and intuitive consultation with the client, Van Carter Studio delivers expertise in spatial design and marketing materials to meet the unique demands of every project. We aim to help our developer clients compete successfully in the property marketplace, by providing excellence in spatial design.

Since the beginning of time, Cairo has been at the core of cultural and historical events that shaped Egypts rich history. The citys geographical setting brings together endless desert and the world-famous Nile River. This has, for centuries, provided inspiration for life.

Cairo today is one of the Arab worlds most influential and cosmopolitan cities. Thus, making it one of the most important cities in the region to introduce new ideas and concepts.

Sir Richard Francis Burton, a 19th century geographer, explorer, and poet once said, He who has not seen Cairo has not seen the world: her soil is gold, her Nile is a marvel, her women are like the black-eyed hours of Paradise, her houses are palaces, and her air is soft more odorous then aloes-wood, rejoicing the heart. Architectural Concept

The stunning architecture of One Kattameyas Administrative building transports you into a dazzling world immersed in light. Drawing inspiration from a glass Jewel Box, the transparent facade refracts the light onto adjacent surfaces casting a brilliant spectrum of light and patterns onto the lush surroundings. One Kattameya is a one-of-a-kind commercial space, embracing the natural light to energize and create a positive work environment. The building makes a captivating transformation from day to night as the sun moves across the Cairo sky. As the ever-changing light reflects against its jeweled exterior, the buildings sparkle with the luster of diamonds.

The Restaurant offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere while still maintaining a very contemporary and modern ambiance. The warm lighting and luxurious contrasting textures set the perfect mood for a fine dining experience either indoors or under the sunset on the open air terrace. The soft curtains take interesting shapes amidst the modern furniture and decorative cabanas. Gently bringing the outdoors in, the tree growing through the awning invigorates the space.

A vibrant yet relaxing gathering place at the heart of the residential complex and the perfect spot to enjoy Cairos lovely temperate climate. The exquisite back wall, sculpted in a diamond pattern, is a lavish backdrop inspired by the facets of a gemstone. A warm atmosphere is set in this open and airy space, with the bed and bath separated by a glass wall and softly draped curtains. Existing Projects

The accomplished vision in Degla View, Crystal Plaza and Rayhanah Plaza is only the beginning. Sky Plaza is another signature project that AMP will introduce to the Egyptian market. This will be another example of setting the bar higher in mixed-use developments. Sky Plaza design will be inspired by futuristic themes and completed by world-class architects. The project will span 21,000 square meters. It will be home to 482 residential units and 10,000 meters of retail space, attracting leading brands to call Sky Plaza their address. Surrounding the residential and retail spaces are man-made lakes that will provide the perfect balance of work, live and play.
