Only 3 percent of foster kids graduate from college. Felicitas Reyes was determined to be one of them

As Felicitas Reyes walked across the stage to pick up her diploma at the University of Southern California’s commencement ceremony on May 12, one thought kept running through her mind. “It felt like I was dreaming,” recalls Reyes. “I just kept thinking, ‘Dang, I really graduated!’
