Verizon has completed its $4.5 billion acquisition of Yahoo, folding it and AOL into a digital media subsidiary called Oath. Mayer is expected to receive a $23 million golden parachute as she exits.

Yahoo's Internet properties officially became Verizon's properties Tuesday, as the telecom giant finalized its $4.5 billion acquisition.
