On the final play of Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Falcons, the Bears stood 5 yards away from defeating the defending NFC champions. An enthusiastic crowd of 56,990 engrossed in a game closer than expected quieted a chorus of "Let's go Bears!" to allow the Bears offense to hear the snap count, a good sign that fans still remember winning habits.
