    Uzbek immigrant suspected in NY attack tried to start trucking companies in US

    NEW YORK - Sayfullo Saipov knew his way around motor vehicles.

    Although he was only 22 years old and couldn't speak English, the Uzbek immigrant - who is now suspected of killing eight people in Manhattan - was quick off his feet after arriving in the United States in 2010.
