The new federal tax law is prompting some large corporations to dole out bonuses to employees - usually $1,000 each. But CEOs should consider awarding another perk: A boost in workers' retirement funds.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of cash bonuses (hello, boss!) but typically they are quickly spent and soon forgotten.
