WATCH OUT FOR THE TREE!
Q: I had some bad luck a while ago. We had some high winds in the Colorado mountains, and a tree blew over and put a U-shaped dent in the mast. I believe the damage is such that the mast should not be repaired. The boat is a 1983 25ft Catalina, swing-keel, pop-top, a fairly common boat. Where might someone purchase a new or used mast, and how does one ship a mast? Any ideas, thoughts and direction are appreciated.
