U.S. Markets Open Higher After Sell-offs In Asia, Europe Amid Tariff Concerns

The Dow was up slightly in early trading. Earlier, Japan's Nikkei dove 4.5 percent, while Shanghai's Composite Index slumped 3.5 percent. Indexes were also down in London, Frankfurt and Paris.
