Melody Barnes, the director of the White House Domestic Policy Council and a close adviser to the President Obama, touted the administration's first 19 months as "transformative" in an interview with NBC's Andrea Mitchell at the Washington Ideas Forum.
"Ever since I've been in Washington, I've seen things change dramatically," said Barnes.
