The Sony Cyber-shot RX100 VI packs a thrilling set of specs

LIKE the previous five instalments in the RX100 range, the sixth camera features a 20.1MP 1-inch sensor. It’s what’s on the outside that is a big deal here. For the first time, Sony has used a ‘high magnification’ Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* zoom. This works out as a 24-200mm f/2.8-4.5 equivalent lens – spanning the standard 24-70mm and telephoto 70-200mm focal lengths. The image stabilisation system is claimed to offer four stops of shake reduction.
