6 tbsp (85 g) butter
½ cup (100 g) brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1½ cups (345 g) mashed bananas (3 ripe bananas)
1 cup (175 g) grated zucchini (about 1 small zucchini)
1¼ cups (156 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (45 g) oats
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
