Researchers from UMass Lowell have found that omega-3 fatty acid supplements may, as well as abusive behavior, in kids. The fatty acid, found in fatty fish like mackerel and salmon, and other foods like walnuts, chia seeds and soybeans, is believed to offer an array of health benefits like lowering blood fat and inflammation.
