“I’m passionate about photography and being outdoors. My images reflect my emotional and spiritual responses to the landscape around me. I believe that as a photographer I should be fully connected to the location I’m working within; to be aware of the weather, the smells, sounds, textures and movements within the scene in front of me.

“Usually I create one or two images from a location, I spend several hours observing and feeling the locations before pressing the shutter. My technique for capturing these involves leaving the camera shutter open for 5-20 minutes to allow some elements to move or change naturally. I never truly know what I’m going to get, I find this really exciting;
