It is always exciting to see a garden for the first time and immediately recognise it holds a lot of promise. This Federation home in Kensington is just south of Sydney’s city centre. Our clients were living overseas and we were briefed on one of their visits home. They were not interested in converting this modest, yet comfortable home into a behemoth that would dominate the block, a refreshing change for us. They were clearly garden lovers, which certainly makes our job easier and a lot more enjoyable.
