    19, 22 balls 50gm Cleckheaton Country Merino Marles 8ply in 2958 Charcoal

    Needles

    4.50mm knitting needles 3.75mm circular knitting needle 80–100cm long 3.75mm double-pointed knitting needles set Cable needle Wool sewing needle

    Tension

    21 sts by 28 rows over stocking st on 4.50mm needles to 10cm

    Special abbreviations

    TWR = Knit into front of 2nd st, then knit into the front of first st, slipping both sts off needle tog. C3F = Slip next 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, P1, then K2 from cable needle.

    C3B = Slip next st onto cable needle
