Former President George H.W. Bush celebrated as 'an imperfect man' who 'left us a more perfect union'

WASHINGTON - Cannons fired a 21-gun salute and a military band played "Hail to the Chief" for George H.W. Bush as his flag-draped casket was carried in a solemn procession on a gray winter morning from the U.S. Capitol to the National Cathedral for his state funeral.
