Bulls lose to the NBA's worst team, the Cavaliers, for their 8th straight home loss

CHICAGO - Before the Bulls' eighth straight home loss and 13th loss in 14 games, coach Jim Boylen said neither ownership nor management has ever mentioned to him where the franchise sits in the draft lottery standings.

There's no need. The Bulls find new and creative ways to improve their draft standing regardless.
