500g dried dates, soaked overnight, then drained
2 cups chopped almonds
2 cups desiccated coconut
2 tbsp Organic Rainbow Spiced Cacao
3 tbsp coconut oil

Topping

6 tbsp honey or maple syrup4 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight, then drained2 tbsp coconut oil4 tsp vanilla essence2 tbsp Rainbow Raw Turmeric Chai PowderFresh fruit, edible flowers or cacao nibs, to garnish
