Clench Stretch Squat

A runner completely in tune with their body: one of the most incredible things that I‘ve in my more than 10 years of biokinetics.

It’s a beautiful thing that has become an obsession. In my search for this elusive in-tune state of running in all my clients, I have realised that I can limit my list of advice to only three things.

The hope is for a consistent sport journey with fewer injuries that put that unnecessary side-step in a could-have-been smooth run.

If you’re ready to find your body’s natural harmony, to tune in to your best stride, and step up to more movement awareness, consider these three hacks. You’re already doing the hard work, now let’s fine tune it.
