IN THE PREVIOUS ISSUE, (ARTIST Profile 45) we reviewed Gonski 2, and in this issue we speak with Katrina Collins, Head of Art at Sydney Church of England Girls’ Grammar School (SCEGGS), a private school in Sydney’s CBD, established in 1895.
Katrina Collins says that Gonski 2 may impact students’ Visual Arts experience in schools in unintended ways, and the implications that could flow from the impending changes in teaching and learning are as challenging as they are promising.
