Q: What’s your earliest food memory?


My earliest food memory is of living with my grandmother and all my cousins and having tons of plates and samp were my favourites – we ate them often. My palate has evolved and expanded so much, but I still take the chance to enjoy both when I can. Especially at family gatherings!
