One thing that’s got to be made clear here is that the Husky and the Kato feel very little alike. Everyone felt this and while it’s not hard to see why with the linkage and bodywork etc, it’s still surprising to what extent they differ given the base is the same.
The FE 450 also benefits from adjustable pre-load (no tools needed) on the fork, a composite subframe (30 per cent carbon fibre), and a ‘bar-mounted engine mapping and traction control switch as standard.
