Fascia, Psoas and Injury

In my 26 years as a bodywork practitioner, I have finally managed to piece together the puzzle of how to heal a body that is compensating, dysfunctional, constantly in pain, or prone to injury.

MISUNDERSTOOD PSOAS

The psoas is one of the most misunderstood muscles in the body. It is also part of an incredibly deep fascial network called the deep front line, linking your plantar fascia in your feet right through the middle of you to your tongue on one train, and to your jaw and temples on the other.

Simply put: In dissection, if I pulled the fascia of your big toe, your tongue would move!
