When Rahul Sadagopan, 36, visited an old client at her home in Coimbatore, he was puzzled to see a series of images framed on the wall. They were of the family patriarch enjoying a good laugh. When I asked them why they had framed those shots only, they said that this was the first time the family had seen him laugh uninhibitedly, he says.
