Judge expected to rule on if he'll step aside from decision on Jussie Smollett prosecution

CHICAGO - A Cook County judge is expected to announce Friday whether he will recuse himself from deciding if a special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate the sudden dismissal of charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett by State's Attorney Kim Foxx's office.
