Dear Classic American,

Just had my May issue and I’m not sure if I’m saddened or really that surprised at the article about the stars and bars flag. I’m personally beginning to cultivate a hearty dislike of the killjoy attitude of the narrow-minded and alleged politically correct people that seem to be trying to nullify or erase events in history that they don’t like, to say the least it’s all very 1984.

I wish these people would get a life and stop pushing their views on other people by trying to politicise everything and demonise inanimate objects or logos which in turn quells or spoils other people’s enjoyment. As was said in the article, how many people associate
