- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good for beginners. If you've listened to his radio show, this will mostly be a review.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book to start over we learned so much
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The fastest way to get rich is NOT to get rich fast. This book provides no-nonsense and practical pieces of advice.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Everyone should listen to this book. I am telling all my family and friends about it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a great book for anyone in any financial situation. It has great guidelines to get in a good financial position now and for the future. There is only one chapter that had jargon that was hard to follow, everything else is like talking to a friend and you are on the same level.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love this book, it has so many valuable inputs to life.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You will never regret reading this book to the end! Like none other I've ever read!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Since I've also read The Total Money Makeover, nothing new in this book, really, but still a good refresher.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Dave Ramsey has been on TV and also markets his "Financial Peace University" through churches, primarily of the evangelical type. His advice is stringent and not very sophisticated but not what I would call bad advice. A lot of people would be a lot happier if they had taken it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Everybody should read this book before purchasing a car, home, or even applying for a credit card; it could save you thousands! Dave Ramsey provides personal finance and investment advice in a practical easy-to-read manner with a degree of humor. I would highly recommend this book for any person ranging from a freshman in high school to senior citizens. It is a must read.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The way to live a financially peaceful life. Have money, save money and not argue with your spouse.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I prefer [book:Total Money Makeover], especially if you are interested in becoming debt-free. Financial Peace goes more in depth on several topics including investing and finances for children, so it's worth reading. There wasn't as much overlap between the two books as I had feared. I'm enjoying it, but I'm not as on-fire excited as I was when I was reading the Total Money Makeover.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5First financial book I've ever read and I still go back to it. Dave has a great plan for getting out of debt and building wealth that is low-risk and works. If you've ever heard his radio show, you probably know his story of losing everything and going bankrupt in his 20's. He wants to help others avoid his fate and show them that even if they are deeply in debt, there is a way out. This guy has helped so many people get a handle on their finances and become smart spenders/investors. If you are having problems with debt, this is the book to go to!!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good book. I recommend it for getting money in order. Of course, reading it and doing what it suggests is a completely different story! We are trying very hard (you know for a whole entire week now! but it's a start!)
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Very good financial advice, especially for beginners!
