      Worse than War is a tour de force investigation into the origins, motivations, actions and repercussions of eliminationist thought and genocidal actions around the world throughout the 20th Century. Provides a good synopsis of several of the more (in)famous 20th century genocides, and illustrates the repeatable patterns that they share. Documents the dangers of political Islam. Well-structured, passionate, articulate; argumentative and scholarly, Goldhagen’s Worse that War is an important read on a terrible topic.
