About this audiobook
The Trinity of Death
Emmet Keogh: A master assassin who can no longer remember how many men he's killed—or why.
Van Horne: Priest, bank robber, and murderer— on the run from the law, and his own soul.
Janos: Businessman, enterpreneur, and gun runner—a mysterious man with a history even he wants to forget.
Three desperate men each try to escape their past in the chaos of 1920s Central America-only to find that violence is a way of life from which no one escapes unscarred.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Another early Higgins offering, originally published under the name James Graham. What do you get if you take a bank robbing priest, a gun running businessman and an ex IRA hitman and set them in 1920's Mexico? The answer is a thrilling novel that makes the pages fly by at an alarming rate. The 3 characters are introduced early on in the novel and are forced to work together to kill a very dangerous man in exchange for their freedom. The novel details their adventures along the way and allows the reader to experience the full terror of post revolution mexico. Expect many an individual to meet a sticky end in the usual way.Again this book is written in the first person which really allows you to feel the tension build and when it's released you race along the page for the next action installment. Whenever I read a Higgins novel I feel as if I have just sat through an amazing action packed film at the cinema, complete with surround sound and 3D. I try not to start one until the weekend as I usually finish it in one day, they really are that unputdownable.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Set in Mexico in 1922. Features an Irish Republican Army protagonist and a fascinating "priest." Turns out the real author is Jack Higgins author of the Eagle has Landed. A couple of important characters are Yaqui Indians.
