      i liked the characters and to see eve dallas out of her comfort zone! was kinda creepy in a good way. the love between dallas ,and her husband is as strong as ever!

      Well how could they take another's life in such way. Destroyed the light and the good in an innocent victims. Tried to control her yet her spirit fought them at every turn. And after it has been done they could control the mind of the two other victims. They led the Lieutenant Eve Dalles to the criminals all thirteen of the devil worshipers.

      This was a great book! Short but just as good as the rest of the full length books. The murder was interesting and we got to visit with the majority of the characters we have come to love in this series. I wish this book was longer.

      Love the narrator for these books. She makes the characters come alive with all the different voices that she uses. This book however was disappointing. As an audio book it was very short (only 3 hours) and the plot was straight forward. Lt Dallas figured out very quickly who committed the crime and it was all over so quickly, without any plot twists. Not one of J D Robb's better ones.

      Lightning fast pace for this short novella, but the storytelling is excellent
