- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Quick and comprehensive intro ?? Def. recommend to those who are curious about the practice.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I listened to this book immediately after listening to his other book called "Focus". Many of the ideas and concepts overlap between the two books, so I didn't find too many things in this one that was not covered in his other book. However, I did enjoy this book and a general sense because it is very practical and down-to-earth regarding the advice and encouragement provided to live a minimalist life. There are even a few concepts in this book that were not touched upon in "Focus". In this book, when I got to a topic that was already mentioned elsewhere, I just skip the chapter. I do recommend this book even if other books by this author have been read, or if his blog posts have been read as well.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved this book, and I'm happy with the information that it provided me with. I would recommend this book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Concise, easy to listen to. I would say very enjoyable....
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Using it as a bible! I have done 5 or 6 horrible movings in the last 3 years, including one in Singapore, my boyfriend’s house.. we trash 2.5 tons of trash, paper, furniture, etc
Now Im moving to Madrid for 15 months and Im planning to reduce up to 70% of what I have... I’ m documenting it because I keep getting lost among my belongings and thoughts.. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Lots of great info, with very little filler! This is a great book for those new to and experienced in minimalism.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Lost me at "meat and dairy animals are a waste of our environment and resources" blah blah blah. ?

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Things listed in this book are fairly common sense. Watching a Netflix documentary or watching some YouTube videos on Minimalism can gain the same knowledge that this book provides.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5It’s insanely boring and unrealistic. Thought I’d give it a try, but it wasn’t worth it.

Finally getting to do my own purging and have hit a wall for a year. I listened to this audible on repeat for days and have seen a huge change from life long issues with possessions. Yay!
