- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book really establihes a good foundation to build upon in order to successfully grow in your financial jouney, but not just grow in finances, but grow in life. At the heart, the book tackles values, and challenges you to re-evaluate whether or not your values are in line with the common denominators that tend to be staples in the lives of most successful people, families, businesses, and institutions alike.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Not very interesting. I'd recommend total money makeover above this

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A decent book as far as advice goes, but longer than need be to discuss the topics he covers. Some of the calculations make impractical assumptions, such as interest rates on the order of 12%, etc.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I could not finish this book. I barely got through "Financial Peace," so I wasn't really expecting to make much progress with this one. Anyway, the writing is atrocious. His "valuable" life lessons are merely face lifted steps mentioned in his previous book. He approached his faith only when it served to further his agenda or when the book seemed too "secular." The information is valuable, but he presents it poorly.
