    when many non profit organisations in Gauteng Province, South Africa are going through financially challenges. Budgets are being cut which means staff has to be released and salaries/stipends reduces in this global financial crisis.

    This insights will assist me to influence leaders of non profit organisations in regards to their leadership, management and response to crisis.
