- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Colorful illustrations and a catchy rhyming text help young readers learn the different parts of the body. Each page, accompanied by a charming illustration, names a body part and an action. Each of the children depicted represents a different race, nationality, or group, allowing the young reader to experience the similarity that connects children everywhere. Highly recommended.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This book would have been awesome if it was missing the odd ear and knees pages. It kind of lost me there. The illustrations are cute.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short simple text about body parts and the things they do and are good for, also used for senses.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book give children a look at the parts that make up our bodies and what they are used for. A sweet explanation of body parts in a rhyming text. Some highlights are, 'Here are my cheeks for kissing blushing' and 'Here are my knees for falling down'. Every child can connect with some of the statements about the body parts. Charming multicultural illustrations show similarities between people of all backgrounds. A wonderful lesson to learn at an early age.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good rhymes identifying all the different parts of the body for younger children. This would be a great book to buy and read often enough that your child has the rhyme memorized about all the different body parts.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My son and daughter (14 months) love this book! It has great simple rhymes, and is nice for talking about body parts (where they are on characters and on you). Plus the pictures are simple and engaging.
