- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This could be a great book, but almost every other statement includes a quote. It makes the book feel like it was greatly padded with quotes in the same way a grade school student would do to lengthen a paper. I do not recommend.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Nice and quick book on stress. It's worth a read
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Quaint book for the conservative Christian. Didn't know that going in, until he quoted Donald Rumsfeld. He quoted Donald Rumsfeld... and not comedically. I'm going with 2 stars instead of 1 due to decent organization and that some of the principles taught are not...untrue, just motivated by some very simple-minded thinking. The author's reasoning for each principle... Consider if you made all your decisions on the most cursory evaluation. This book would then be for you, but maybe it shouldn't be. Unfortunately, the reason for doing a thing is often infinitely more important than the thing itself, so look at the bullet points, then giggle at the reasons why.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Short and sweet, the quotes were very helpful throughout the book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book! I love the author's perspective and stories. It really gave me some insight into evaluating what was stressing me out and why I was choosing to let it do this to me. My favorite idea from the book is that "Stress is a choice." I never thought of it that way, but it is a powerful concept and a way we should all accept responsibility for our own stressful situation.
