Amazing work. I cried, I laughed and thought about my own life in new ways. Cheryl has a way with words few people have. I'm very thankful to have had the pleasure to read her work.

Grows on you. Sometimes hard to listen to and too sad, but like her book, Wild, there are some revelations that you'll be glad to experience. Words of heartfelt wisdom.

I didn’t agree with her on everything but the book still touched my soul in many ways! It really helps with getting over certain personal problems and feelings. Her answers are beautifully written and I felt her feelings when writing as if they were my own!
I strongly recommend this book to people who are wondering about certain aspects in their relationships or friendships and why they are a certain way. The book is also a great comfort how to cope with loss.

I very much enjoyed this book -- it's filled with poetic, thought-provoking advice on a wide range of topics. Cheryl Strayed's writing is engaging and heartbreaking, and I wasn't disappointed (despite very high expectations after reading Wild). My only complaint is that the volume on the audiobook is a bit low, and as I listen while I drive, often with the windows down, I sometimes missed words here and there and had to go back.
