- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Simon "Sport" Rocque, Harriet the Spy's best friend, changes dramatically when his penniless novelist father re-marries and his enormously rich grandfather dies. His new-found wealth brings him into contact with his mother's family, whose attempts to control his life are frightening and clumsy. Despite a few improbable plot elements (such as the Plaza Hotel hiring junior high school-aged bellboys), this is an interesting story and a nice finish to the trilogy.
