- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book I read was How to Twist a Dragons Tail. This book was about Hiccup a boy Viking. In this story hiccup has to save everyone because the volcano on Lava-Lout Island is going too erupted. If the volcano erupts a lot of killer dragon eggs will hatch. So hiccup and his friends bring a fire stone to the volcano to throw it in. But they are stopped by Alvin and the volcano erupts. The eggs hatched but hiccups dragon throws the stone in the volcano but the stone was not a stone, but an egg, the egg hatch and the dragon killed the other dragons. Know every one is safe, until the next adventure. I would rate this book a five star *****. I recommend this book to anyone that like adventure books. This book was funny very. It was also surprising. I never new what was going to happen. It also creepy, creepy in a good way like this man dies twice and came back in this book. That is why I liked this book.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Hiccup, with the help of Humongously Hotshot the Hero, needs to return the Fire-Stone to Volcano Island before the volcano becomes active and hatches the eggs of the Exterminator dragons. Really good installment in a fun series for children. Toothless gets to actually be helpful in this one, which isn't all that common. David Tennant does a fantastic job reading the audio version.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Another excellent tale from the pen/keyboard of Cressida Cowell. That's five in row. One of the most consistent story tellers that I've read anywhee. Book six now on order.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's interesting how the backstory from the first four books in the series is combined with the new material. Alvin the treacherous returns and bad things continue to happen to him as he is swallowed by a fire dragon.
