About this audiobook
The New York Times bestselling author of On Dublin Street, Down London Road, and Before Jamaica Lane returns with a story about letting go of the past and learning to trust in the future....
When Hannah Nichols last saw Marco D'Alessandro five long years ago, he broke her heart. The bad boy with a hidden sweet side was the only guy Hannah ever loved-and the only man she's ever been with. After one intense night of giving in to temptation, Marco took off, leaving Scotland and Hannah behind. Shattered by the consequences of their night together, Hannah has never truly moved on.
Leaving Hannah was the biggest mistake of Marco's life-something he has deeply regretted for years. So when fate reunites them, he refuses to let her go without a fight. Determined to make her his, Marco pursues Hannah, reminding her of all the reasons they're meant to be together....
But just when Marco thinks they're committed to a future together, Hannah makes a discovery that unearths the secret pain she's been hiding from him-a secret that could tear them apart before they have a real chance to start over again....

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It was a good read! Hannah and Marco are an excellent addition to the series. I love that we always catch up on old favorites in each new installment. This series never gets stale for me and I enjoy the emotional turmoil as its just enough to tug the heart but not to much to make you mad. As ever well done!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5"Fall From India Place" is my least favorite book in the series. **Possible SPOILERS** Why did it take a random meeting with Hannah, after so many years apart, for Marco to finally pursue her? Five years apart, one random meeting, then he is adamant that they get back together. Marco knew where Hannah was (or at least where her parents were), was working indirectly for Braden, so he could have at least been checking on her even without her knowledge. I expected Cole, with his boxing and Judo training, to be able to knock Marco flat. I really, REALLY wanted Hannah to lay into Leah during their confrontation. I listened to the audiobook, was disappointed that Hannah sounded more upper crust English than a Scot. The person(s) who voiced the prior books featuring Ellie and Jo was great.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is the book. Fall from India Place that took the fall in the series for me. I shouldn't be too disappointed. Can you honestly love every book in a series? Is that possible? You're bound to not feel the same way about all of them. But after three really strong installments, there was bound to be a weak link right? Right?
I loved Hanna in the first three books. She didn't have a huge parts, just a minor character that everyone loved. She had a great personality, was always making people laugh. I was really looking forward to Hanna'a story. But in Fall of India Place, set five years in the future from when book three ended, Hanna was all kinds of different. While this was explained throughout the book, I kept thinking, "I miss younger Hanna. This is not Hanna!"
This book took me a lot longer then the others to get through. I didn't have the drive to keep me listing when I wasn't driving to and from work. But with that being said, it was still a good book. I still love the series. But I just didn't love this book. This books was slow, kinda boring and we did spend a lot of time thinking back on Hanna's past.
Here is my note on the narrator: the love interest in this book sounded like a GIRL! A FREAKING GIRL. All the other guys voices were good, but Marco sounded like a girl. I knew immediately that I was going to take issue with this. I may have bumped up the rating a half a star if he sounded like a guy.
