      The main draw for this mystery novel is certainly the pre-teen (though precocious) Picasso Lane. Her father has just been murdered, and her mother is the main suspect...until more wives start showing up that is! The mystery is enjoyable though the big twist wasn't a surprise to me at all. The beauty here is in Picasso herself, and the way she reveals what she has learned about life, and love, and how to reconcile truth. She is a delight, and certainly carries the weight here in this story. Highly recommended!

      I really enjoyed this book, especially the parts told by Picasso Lane, a spunky 11 year old who observes so much. This novel was told from the perspective of several characters.

      I Love You More is a great book if you like to read books that will keep you guessing. It wasn't until over half way that I figured out what was going on. I loved the wives point of views that most because they were just crazy! I mean they had no problem with what they were doing. As your reading the book you think how can this man have married not just one crazy woman but THREE?? Then you start to realize that HE is crazy too along with his daughter! I also enjoyed the ending, I feel it was the ending most people wouldn't expect.

      A very exciting debut novel about the murder of a man who has three wives. Early on they discover his three timing ways and plot to have him laid to rest - so to speak. There are many twists and turns along the way including the lead police investigator falling head over heals for one of the wives. The book is smartly conceived and written and well worth the reading to any mystery lover. Could be made into a nice movie if someone was so inclined.

      Without giving the ending to this slightly creepy murder mystery, all I can say is “Well, that’s not what I expected.” Seattle resident, Jennifer Murphy, has created a page turner for her debut novel. Told by different characters in the story it is the tale of the murder of a husband who has three wives. Oliver is legally married to one but has children in all three marriages. One of the primary observers in the book is his legal daughter, Picasso. Murphy manages to create different voices for each of her narrators who include the wives, Picasso and the detective who has to solve the case.
