Pranayamas & Mudras Vol.2 is a 45 minute class suitable for those with all levels of yoga experience* The class combines a different selection of techniques to the Vol.1 class, these include the Alternate Nostril Breathing and Brahmari breathing techniques (pranayamas) and the Yoga and Hridiaya gestures (mudras).
The Pranayamas & Mudras Vol.2 class uses clear, easy to follow expert tuition to instruct the techniques. The instruction is combined with subtle and relaxing background music which sets a perfect pace and mood and the class concludes with a short guided relaxation session.
The class is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught around the world since 1995.
This class is ideal to use in conjunction with the Yoga2hear Pranayamas and Mudras Vol. 1 class, the Improvers Yoga Vol.1, 2 & 3 classes and the Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers classes.
