About this audiobook

A Merchant talks about daily life inside prisons of England, describes routines and how prisoners are treated. He notes stories of how fellow prisoners came to be in prison, and his ideas about the penal system, its downfalls and ways to improve it. The reader can see similarities to the problems we still have in regarding "criminals" today. (Introduction by Elaine Webb)

From a person who cares about everything and is a gentlemen a memoir about the importance of energy is written. I grew up in a strict communist environment and managed to escape the country and settled in Canada for a new life. The main problem of energy is not to be tackled until later in life, actually until one acquires Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This is a condition which one can suffer from for 15 years. That is the lesson of energies learned the hard way.
