    From a person who cares about everything and is a gentlemen a memoir about the importance of energy is written. I grew up in a strict communist environment and managed to escape the country and settled in Canada for a new life. The main problem of energy is not to be tackled until later in life, actually until one acquires Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This is a condition which one can suffer from for 15 years. That is the lesson of energies learned the hard way.
