About this audiobook
Award-winning journalist Julie Carobini is a fresh voice in Christian fiction. Her debut novel whisks listeners away to California's sunny coast where carefree Brianna Stone's idyllic life is complicated by her bizarre new boss, her meddling mother-in-law, and her too-busy-to-believe husband. Reinventing herself with a dazzling wardrobe and flattering hairstyle, Bri tries to recapture her husband's attention before it's too late. "Carobini's descriptions . are . witty and engaging ."-Publishers Weekly

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is was my first time reading Julie Carobini. I enjoyed this book, although I couldn't really relate to Bri's character (other than not getting along with the mother-in-law). It was a light read, pretty predictable, but well written. I will read more books by her.
