About this audiobook
In this dramatic sequel to Stranger at Stonewycke (K0043), authors Judith Pella and Michael R. Phillips heighten the suspense in their moving Christian fiction series, The Stonewycke Legacy. With World War II looming on the horizon, Allison and Logan Macintyre's once-idyllic relationship has become a shadow of its former self. With Allison in London, and Logan working as a British spy in France, they are spending more and more time apart. Can their marriage survive with the world at war?

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Logan and Allison have a daughter, Joanna Hillary MacVey, and they live in London while Logan tries to "find himself" through a series of jobs. He can not go to war as a soldier, but he finds his niche when he becomes an underground spy in occupied France during World War II. He ends up in a jam which causes him to appear to be with the Nazis, so he is in a sense a double agent, but despite the strain he achieves great things becoming a highly decorated soldier in his own way. Allison is unaware of his occupation, and their strained marriage causes both to reflect on how they need to change. A scary conclusion, with the bad news about their daughter. A great achievement.
