The plot is not that detailed or well developed. Its just about a star quarterback who can make a million dollars to hit a target at a patriots game. Also his parents are struggling to pay the bills.I like this topic because i like sports. The beginning of this book really draws you in. I think this book is a good level for me,not to hard ,not to easy.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Nate is the all time quarter back in the 8th grade. His team is named the Patriots and he is name Brady. Nate ends up wanting to buy a five hundred dollars plus tax, Tom Brady ball. He goes to the mall with his friend name Abby. He buys the ball and Abby finds a board that says: Throw the ball 40 yards away from the target and make it, if make it you earn one million dollars. Abby intentionally signs Nate up and he has the whole world on his back. His family is in crisis when they are about to lose their house because, nor his mom or his dad have a good and well enough paid job. Then Nate finds out that Abby is going blind and needs a bunch of medical tests. Then lastly Nate finds out that Abby's parents also lost their job. Once Nate steps out on that field. Something happened that changed his life and his friends life forever. He wins the million and gives it all to Abby for surgery. Earlier on Nate found on the internet that, their is a doctor in England that can do surgery on the blind so that the blind person can see once again. Well, just as he gave her the money she flew to England to get it over with. This all happens in the book called " Million -dollar throw".My opinion about this book is amazing! I loved this book because it had sports in it, with amazing intensity. The author explains very well how the character fells and he/she emotions. Mike Lupica had an amazing story line and an unanimous skills by creating this book. It is awesome when Mike Lupica puts in the book about this kid that wins a million dollars and gives it all to his friend Abby. This book is a star.
