    Jay Rayner presents a very humorous discussion of a very serious topic. How can the whole world eat meat and import exotic foods from long distances and do it sustainably? The answer does not lie in organic farming and local producers or even having everyone go vegan. Rayner deconstructs a lot of the arguments of the organic movement as well as the anti-GMO crowd and does with a healthy serving of acerbic wit. I recommend the book to anyone who ever feels guilty about eating fruit imported from overseas.
