About this audiobook
"The realization hits: We're not going to win. It's why I couldn't defeat Draewulf in Bron--because this power was never mine anyway."
After a fierce battle with Draewulf, Nym barely escaped with her life. Now, fleeing the scorched landscape of Tulla, her storm-summoning abilities are returning; only . . . the dark power is still inside her.
Broken and bloodied, Nym needs time to recover, but when the full scope of the shapeshifter's horrific plot is revealed, the strong-willed Elemental must race across the Hidden Lands and warn the other kingdoms before Draewulf's final attack.
From the crystalline palaces of Cashlin to the legendary Valley of Origin, Nym scrambles to gather an army. But even if she can, will she be able to uncover the secret to defeating Draewulf that has eluded her people for generations? With a legion of monsters approaching, and the Hidden Lands standing on the brink of destruction, the stage is set for a battle that will decide the fate of the world.
This time, will the Siren's Song have the power to save it?

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A part from the 12 years old generals that is too much even for a fantasy series, this last chapter of the saga is as lovely as the others. I loved Nym. Tnx
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This novel, by Mary Weber, I believe is NOT the first in a series. And I am about to have a few rants.I did not finish this novel. If that makes you stop reading here, we will get that out of the way. There are two reasons that I did not continue reading.I was not interested in the story. It seemed to be too fast paced, and didn’t hook me. May have something to do with the fact that this doesn’t seem to be the first book. I don’t know what number it is, as I didn’t bother to go look into the other books.THE VOICE THAT DOES THIS AUDIO IS TERRIBLE! Hard to follow, a slight British accent, and just, a little flat. I did not appreciate her voice, and the book was not to my taste to continue to deal with it.Audio book creators, do you not have a better selection of voices? I am so happy that I borrowed this, and did not pay for it. I am currently listening to another book read by the same woman, and the only thing keeping me going is that the story is actually interesting.I am new to Audio books, and therefore I am very picky. I listen because I need something that DOESN’T have ads to listen to on my drive to and from work and my often 3-4 hour one way drives on the weekends. I enjoyed High Rise, read by Tom Hiddleston, which got me to finally go and listen to some others. This reminded me why that has never happened before, but I shall try to continue. Audio books, for me, are hard to follow. The reading is too slow, yet the story moves to quickly. It might be that I just need to change the type of books I listen to.That doesn’t change the fact that this story was also boring and seems to be just…so… random. As if the author didn’t know where her story was going, or knew but had no idea how it got there. Perhaps she has some other novels that would be good.I do not recommend this book/audio book. Just, save your money. If you can get it for free from the library, go ahead, give it a shot. Maybe tell me what you think on here? Me, I was very disappointed.
