It was good but repetitive. I had to read it for a consulting class.

Very good. Gets to the heart of what it's really all about.

This is one of the best how to books I’ve Ever read. The information in this book was general enough to apply to a lot of different scenarios and specific enough to implement right away. I’m going to recommend this to everyone I know!
