- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Possible spoiler alert:It doesn't take a detective to figure out that Ian was involved in all the murders. He also had a motive and was kind of creepy. The bigger question, however, is: what percentage of students live to graduate Shadyside High? Moreover, how can every book begin with students doubting that Shadyside and Fear Street really are synonymous with being murdered? Why would anyone live there? You'd think after the first few murders, everyone would just get out. Maybe it's because the majority of the residents are unbelievably hot.
