      As a retired copy editor, I recommend this book for everyone who writes anything-- whether for business or pleasure. I've studied effective writing (read: editing) for decades, read all the great how-tos, and Josh has summarized them brilliantly for our 21st-century needs. So well-written that I listened in one sitting!
